This knit collection was designed for young adults that pay close attention to detail and prefer quality and intricate design over affordability. Yarn type will vary from pima cotton, mohair, and organic cotton. This will allow for a variation of quality and price points. Pima cotton and mohair are known as a luxury cotton due to their extra long staples making them super soft. Organic cotton is more standard and contains shorter staple fibers. The majority of these knits were created through computerized flat knitting machines using the Shima Seiki program. To supplement my physical products, I also use Photoshop to make digital renderings of my knit designs on various objects such as decorative pillows and throws blankets.
